26th Annual Trans-Pecos Scholarship Golf Tournament

Hello! The time is here AGAIN! Please, come join us for some great fun, food, prizes, and golf at the 26^th Annual Trans-Pecos SPE Scholarship Golf Tournament! Proceeds go directly to our scholarship fund which funded Seven ($2000 per year) scholarships to engineering students at major universities in this great state of Texas. Fork over some of your cash and help us keep one of the original traditions in the Permian Basin prosperous by participating with a sponsorship and/or a golf team to support this traditional event!

The golf tournament will be a Four Person Shamble with a reduced team entry fee of $700.00 which includes:

Carts & green fees

1st, 2nd , 3rd place gift certificates for all flights

Putting Contest, Closest to the pin, longest drive, and straightest drive contests

Pay $20 to have a Pro hit your tee shot on a par 4

AND….a try for a hole-in-one on a par 3 to win a 2010 Dodge 2500 Mega Cab 4x4 Diesel Pickup sponsored by All American Dodge Jeep Chrysler of Midland & Odessa.

AND…..The Grand Prizes will be flat screen TVs.

Sponsorships and tournament awards will be announced after the conclusion of the Tournament.

Several cookers will provide the usual great food before and during the round. Also, beverages will be available on the course at several locations.

The Grand Prizes will be pre-drawn from the tournament entry list and can be picked up near the registration table after the round.

You must have your ticket to claim your prize.

Sponsorships are available from a $250 Bronze to the $1,500 Platinum. All Sponsorships will include a tee box sign and will be recognized on our sponsorship banner. Door prize and Contest sponsors are needed and will also be recognized on the tee box signs and the Scoreboard Banner.

Remember, sponsorship money goes to provide scholarships to the future engineers of the Permian Basin.

So, fill out your Sponsorship and/or Team Entry form today to insure you are part of this classic event! We look forward to seeing you on the course and your company’s very own tee box sign at Green Tree CC!

Sponsorships and Tournament Entry Fees are payable by check or credit card at Green Tree CC!

Please call to confirm your entry in the tournament before paying the entry fee!

The deadline is April 6th and Entries are limited to the first 46 teams .
