Format: 4 Person SHAMBLE
Each hole, all players will hit a tee ball.
The team will go to their tee ball and determine which ball position of the four
is the best for the next shot.
All players will play within a club length of that ball chosen.
All players will play their own ball, as it lies, from there thru the green.
All scores should be recorded for each player.
Field: Limited to first 64 paid teams (32 am & 32 pm) Deadline: April 6, 2008
Entry fee includes green fee, cart rental, use of the driving range, admission to food buffets.
Please make sure to fill out the form below to the best of your ability. If players do not have an established handicap, show best 18 hole score and the course played. 15 is the minimum total Handicap!

Flighting: Pre-flighted. The field will be split equally into flights based on % of Team Total Handicap. The number of flights will be determined by the number of entries.
Prizes: Closest to the pin on par 3s, longest drive, straightest drive, hole-in-one for a new vehicle, and many great door prizes!
Grand Prize is a flat screen TV for both AM & PM flights.
